Fuel Hoses

Fuel Hoses

Fuel hoses are flexible bundles designed to allow the easy and systematic transfer of different types of fuel like gasoline, diesel, ethanol etc. containing octane mixtures or oil based products. These hoses are traditionally used in multiple realms – automotive, marine, industrial and aviation industry amongst other industries where fuel transfer is crucial.

Applications of Fuel Hoses

  • Automotive Fuel Systems - In cars, trucks and motorcycles the fuel hoses are conduits for gasoline, diesel etc which is transported from the gas tank to engine. They are also very important in high pressure fuel-injection systems.
  • Fuel Transfer Systems - Fuel hoses are typically found in fuel transfer systems, where large amount of fuel needs to be transferred between tanks, pumps and vehicles In fuel stations and diesel burner units for large concrete floors Uploaded by user Leyo sectors, this is generally the case.
  • Marine Fuel Systems- Fuel hoses are the line set used in marine applications to convey fuel to boat engines, either outboard or inboard motors. Marine fuel hoses are made to withstand withering effects of saltwater and constant presence moisture.
